I am a highly committed,  and professional Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor. I have supervised both students and qualified counsellors for a number of years and had the privilege of sharing their journey and ongoing development of counsellors and students who practice Person Centred, CBT  and integrative modalities of counselling.

 I have worked extensively in both the Private and Public sectors with considerable experience of developing services, client work and Trauma informed practice. I have provided face to face and online counselling and therapy to adults covering a wide variety of issues relating to physical and mental health.  I provide both online and face to face supervision.
